Dharma Academy An academy based in Taiwan Miaoli, and has branches in China Hunan. His Venerable Master Zhang Shangde is the principal of the academy. His Venerable Master Zhang, is one of the best-known and influential Ch’an meditation master of this time. From the sermons and instructions regarding high dharma delivered by him, it was obvious to these close disciples what his level of attainment is. Their indelible impression gained therefore has always served to testify to that fact. He has been teaching western and eastern philosophy and Buddhism teachings and meditation for almost 30 years now. His disciples included followers from all parts of As the eminent disciple of His Venerable Nan Huaijin, Master Zhang inherits the spirit of all Ch’an meditation masters ever since Buddha himself. Canada China Cultural Exchange Center A not-for-profit organization registered in Ontario, Canada and Beijing, China. Its main purpose is to inherit His Venerable Master Nan and Master Zhang's mission - to integrate Classic Western Cultures and Chinese Culture; in order to build a harmonious, cooperative “culture railway” for all human beings’ welfare on Earth towards a brighter future. This belief that we can build a brighter future for all human being is based on that the roots of western cultures and Chinese culture are interlinked and all come from one source - the universal Truth, Good, and Beauty. All human beings are brothers together all over the world. |
